Products & Quality

What makes ZANOS activewear different?

ZANOS is built for women who want activewear that feels as premium as it looks. We focus on fabric quality, fit engineering, compression balance, comfort, movement and long term durability.

Every product is developed with real life wear in mind. Training, walking, yoga, pilates, everyday movement and repeated washing. We do not just look at how a product photographs. We study how it feels, moves and performs over time.

What makes ZANOS leggings squat proof?

Squat proof performance comes from a combination of fabric density, stretch behavior, opacity and construction.

We test how the fabric behaves when stretched during squats and movement. If the material becomes too transparent or does not feel secure enough, it does not meet our standard.

The goal is confidence during training, not leggings you have to worry about.

Are your leggings see through?

Our leggings are developed with opacity in mind.

We evaluate transparency during stretch and movement. This is especially important for squats, gym training, yoga and pilates. If a fabric looks good standing still but becomes too sheer during movement, we reject it.

Why do ZANOS leggings sit so well?

Because fit is engineered, not guessed.

We study waistband placement, compression zones, stretch direction, seam placement, glute contouring, front comfort and mobility. Even small changes in waistband height or seam position can completely change how leggings feel on the body.

The goal is a fit that feels secure, flattering and comfortable without constant adjusting.

What makes the waistband different?

The waistband is designed to balance support, comfort and stability.

If a waistband is too loose, the leggings can slide. If it is too tight, it can dig in. If it is too thin, it can roll. If it is too rigid, it can restrict movement.

We test waistband structure to create a secure feel that stays in place without feeling uncomfortable.

Do ZANOS leggings roll down?

Our goal is to reduce rolling by focusing on waistband stability, structure and compression balance.

During testing, we look at how the waistband behaves during walking, training, stretching, bending and longer wear. If a waistband rolls down too easily or needs constant adjusting, the product is not approved.

What does double stitching mean?

Double stitching means selected seams are reinforced with an additional stitch structure to improve durability and stability.

For activewear, seams need to handle stretch, pressure and repeated movement. Weak stitching can affect both comfort and long term quality. Reinforced stitching helps the garment feel more secure and durable during wear

Why does stitching matter in activewear?

Stitching affects comfort, stretch, durability and how the product sits on the body.

A seam placed incorrectly can create pressure, restrict movement or feel uncomfortable. Stitch tension also matters. If the stitching is too tight, it can reduce flexibility. If it is too weak, it can affect durability.

That is why seam placement and stitch quality are part of our quality control process.

What is front comfort?

Front comfort means how the leggings feel at the front during movement and daily wear.

Many women are tired of leggings that create pressure, discomfort or need constant adjusting. We focus on smooth fit, flexible construction and comfort during movement so the leggings feel natural on the body.

Do your leggings keep their shape after washing?

Our products are tested for shape retention and fabric recovery.

We look at how the fabric performs after wear, movement and washing. The goal is for the product to keep its structure, compression and comfort over time.

To protect the fabric, we recommend washing gently and avoiding tumble drying.

How do you test product quality?

This includes strength training, walking, running, pilates, longer movement sessions and everyday wear. We evaluate transparency, compression consistency, fabric recovery, waistband stability, seam durability, comfort, shape retention after washing, stretch adaptability and overall confidence during wear.

If a product does not perform well in real life, it does not launch.

What happens if a fabric fails testing?

We reject it.

Some fabrics feel soft at first but lose compression quickly. Some feel supportive but become uncomfortable after longer wear. Some look premium online but become transparent under stretch.

When that happens, we go back, improve and test again. We would rather delay a launch than release a product that does not meet our standard.

Why do you reject samples?

Because looking good is not enough.

A sample can fail because the fabric is too thin, the waistband rolls down, the compression disappears, the seams feel wrong, the fit is inconsistent or the product loses shape after washing.

Every rejected sample teaches us something and helps us improve the final product.

Are ZANOS products tested on different body types?

Yes. Fit can feel different depending on body shape, height and proportions.

That is why we test products on different body types before approving final production. Activewear should support the body, not fight against it.

What fabric composition do you use?

ZANOS products are developed with carefully selected performance fabric blends such as 75 % Nylon and 25% Spandex or 70% Polyester and 30% Elastane, depending on the product, fit and function.

We choose fabrics based on how they feel on the skin, how they stretch, how they recover after movement and how they perform over time. The goal is a smooth, supportive and comfortable fabric that keeps its shape without feeling stiff, heavy or restrictive.

Each product may have its own specific fabric composition, which is why the exact material blend is listed on the individual product page.

Sustainability & Transparency

Quality Over Quantity

At ZANOS, quality over quantity means we would rather release fewer products with a higher standard than create large collections that are rushed, untested or trend based.

Every product goes through fabric research, fit development, sample testing and quality control before approval. We evaluate how the fabric feels, stretches, recovers, moves and performs over time.

For us, sustainability starts with creating activewear people actually want to wear again and again. A product that keeps its shape, feels comfortable and stays in your wardrobe longer is always better than something that looks good once but quickly loses its value.

Responsible Manufacturing

ZANOS works with selected manufacturing partners instead of random mass produced products with a logo added afterwards.

Our focus is on controlled development, better fabrics, improved construction and responsible product decisions. We test samples, evaluate material performance and reject products that do not meet our quality standard.

For us, responsible manufacturing means not rushing products into the market before they are truly ready.

Thoughtful Design

Our designs come with intention, not speed.

Every detail has a purpose: fabric density, compression balance, waistband structure, seam placement, stretch direction, opacity and comfort during movement. We do not add unnecessary details just to follow trends.

Our goal is to create activewear that feels timeless, premium and wearable beyond one season.

Is ZANOS still improving?

Yes. Constantly.

Every collection teaches us something new. We listen to feedback, study how our products perform and continue refining future releases.

ZANOS is not built through hype. It is built through better fabrics, better testing, better fit, better comfort and long term improvement.

Where is your fabric from?

Our fabrics are sourced through selected manufacturing partners that specialize in technical activewear materials. We work with carefully selected factories in China, where many advanced performance fabrics, seamless constructions and activewear production techniques are developed.

For us, fabric selection is never only about price or appearance. We evaluate each material based on how it feels on the skin, how it stretches, how it recovers after movement, how dense and supportive it feels, how well it performs under stretch and how it holds up after repeated wear.

Different ZANOS products may use different fabric blends depending on the intended fit, compression and function. That is why the exact material composition is listed on each product page.

Our focus is simple: the fabric must feel premium in real life, not only look good online.

How do you make responsible production decisions?

We try to make responsible decisions by focusing on quality, controlled releases and products that are made to be worn often.

Instead of producing large quantities of untested products, we develop fewer pieces with more intention. We test fabric behavior, waistband stability, stitching, opacity, comfort, recovery and durability before approving a product.

For us, responsible production means not rushing products into the market just because trends move fast.

How does ZANOS think about sustainability?

We think sustainability should be practical, honest and connected to real product decisions.

That means creating products with better durability, avoiding unnecessary overproduction, rejecting weak samples before launch and focusing on activewear that customers actually want to keep wearing.

We believe sustainability is not only about one material label. It is also about how long a product lasts, how often it is worn and whether it still feels good after repeated use.

How does durability reduce waste?

When activewear loses shape, becomes see through, rolls down, feels uncomfortable or wears out quickly, people stop using it. That creates waste.

By focusing on stronger construction, better fabrics, shape retention and long term comfort, we aim to create products that stay in your wardrobe longer.

For us, durability is one of the most important parts of responsible activewear.
